All of our products are intended for tobacco use only.  You must be 18 years old, or 21 in some areas, to purchase glassware from this website.  It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding the possession of and use of tobacco water pipes and accessories.

Shipping and Delivery: At this time, Dementia ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States, with the exception of Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, N. & S. Dakota, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.  Dementia requires a copy of your current State ID and will only ship to that matching address.  Note: signature upon delivery will be required.
